How Reset Tidy House Management (RTHM) collects text message consent

Clients of Reset Tidy House Management (RTHM) receive an email invitation to set up their account. On the account setup screen shown above, they enter or confirm their mobile phone number and may check an optional box to agree to receive one service-related text message at that number at the end of each service visit. The box is unchecked by default and account setup can be completed without it. Only clients who check the box receive text messages. They can opt out at any time by replying STOP or in their account settings.
