RTHM Privacy Policy

Reset Tidy House Management ("RTHM") is a house-management service operated by Closets & More Organized, LLC ("C&M Organized"). RTHM and C&M Organized are the same business operating under two names, and this policy governs both — "RTHM" as used below refers to the combined business.

Reset Tidy House Management ("RTHM") collects the following information to provide household management services: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses of client families and household staff; household schedules, task lists, and grocery preferences; and family details (such as names and ages of children) provided by clients for the purpose of coordinating household services.

This information is used solely to operate RTHM's services — scheduling household service visits, tracking completed work, and sending service-related communications by email and text message.

Sharing of information

RTHM does not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers, such as Twilio for text messaging and Resend for email, only to deliver our own service communications on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

Reset Tidy House Management (RTHM) sends service-related text messages only to clients who have opted in. One message is sent at the end of each service visit with updates about the visit or groceries. You opt in by checking the optional text message consent box when you set up your RTHM account, and you can change your choice at any time in your account settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. We collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the date and time you agreed) and use them only to send these messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide services to an active client or employment relationship, and may be retained afterward as required for business or legal recordkeeping.
